Dit familiebedrijf met meer dan 30 jaar ervaring in aardappelverwerking is gevestigd in de regio Tielt en telt een hecht team van een 50 tal mensen op kantoor. Vanuit een hypermoderne productiesite, volledig uitgerust volgens de strengste normen voor hygiëne en voedselveiligheid, levert men dagverse aardappelproducten aan een gevarieerd B2B-klantenbestand. De afzetmarkt bevindt zich voornamelijk in de Benelux en Frankrijk.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij staat in voor het telefonische en fysieke onthaal van klanten.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bestelling en dit via het ERP systeem.
  • Je behandelt de administratie omtrent leverbonnen tot boekingen.
  • Ontvangst en controle van inkomende pakketten op jou.
  • Jij bereidt de facturatie administratief voor, zodat alles vlot kan verlopen.
  • Inkoopverwerking behoort tot je takenpakket, en in de toekomst kan je eventueel ook ondersteuning bieden bij planning.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma binnen een administratieve richting.
  • Via een opleiding of ervaring heb je affiniteit met de logistieke sector.
  • Je bent meertalig: je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent snel weg met nieuwe softwareprogramma's.
