Wij zijn Bos Logistics, dé autoriteit op het gebied van transport en afhandeling van lucht- en zeevracht. Met een trotse geschiedenis van vele jaren zijn we uitgegroeid tot een gerenommeerde speler met meer dan 500 toegewijde medewerkers. Onze uitgebreide dienstverlening omvat alles van import en export tot vervoer, warehousing, on-airport services,douaneformaliteiten en bevoorrading van zeeschepen. Onze thuisbasis bevindt zich op Brussels Airport en Schiphol, met nevenvestigingen in Rotterdam.

Voor onze vestiging op Brussels Airport zoeken wij gedreven administratief logistiek medewerkers. In deze veelzijdige rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de registratie en controle van goederenstromen, het beheren van logistieke documentatie

en de ondersteuning van onze operationele processen. Je draagt bij aan een efficiënte en klantgerichte service binnen een dynamische en internationale werkomgeving.

Je werkt in een tweeploegendienst, zodat onze logistieke processen soepel en continu blijven verlopen.

Verantwoordelijkheden:  Zorgvuldig registreren en controleren van goederen in ons systeem, met oogvoor nauwkeurigheid en efficiëntie.

 Beheren en verwerken van douanedocumenten en logistieke administratie (import-, exportdocumenten, T-documenten, CMR’s).

 Up-to-date houden van leveringsdocumentatie, inclusief ontvangstbewijzen en facturen.

 Nauwe samenwerking met het magazijnteam om een vlotte goederenstroom te garanderen en logistieke uitdagingen op te lossen.

 Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van rapportages en analyses rondom goederenstromen.

 Ervaring in een administratieve functie, bij voorkeur binnen de logistieke sector.

 Goede beheersing van Nederlands, Engels en Frans (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).

 Vaardig met MS Office en nauwkeurig in administratieve verwerking.

 Analytisch sterk en in staat om logistieke gegevens correct te interpreteren.

 Kennis van logistieke processen en termen is een pluspunt.

 Ervaring met Boltrics en Transpas is een extra troef.

 Zelfstandig, proactief en communicatief sterk.
