Wat ga je doen:Als logistiek administratief planner ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat alle puzzelstukjes op het juiste moment op hun plek vallen. Een order komt binnen en jij duikt erin: waar moet de levering naartoe, hoeveel monteurs zijn nodig, hoeveel tijd kost de klus en hoe krijgen we alles zo slim mogelijk gepland? Je schakelt de hele dag met monteurs, Customer Service, projectleiders en externe partners. Geen dag is hetzelfde en plannen gaat hier verder dan alleen een agenda vullen. Er verandert iets? Jij schakelt. Een strakke deadline? Jij houdt het hoofd koel. Een klant met een specifieke wens? Jij zoekt naar de beste oplossing. Je bent communicatief sterk, houdt van tempo en laat je niet snel van de wijs brengen. Jij bewaart het overzicht, staat stevig in je schoenen en zorgt ervoor dat de planning staat als een huis. Werkzaamheden: - Je gaat logistieke orders vertalen naar een slimme en haalbare planning; - Je gaat bepalen wat er nodig is voor een soepele levering en montage; - Je gaat schakelen met monteurs, Customer Service, projectleiders en externe partners; - Je gaat planningen bewaken en direct bijsturen wanneer er iets verandert; - Je gaat zorgen dat klanten weten waar ze aan toe zijn en dat afspraken worden nagekomen!
