Op het OK werkt een hecht en gevarieerd team. Je kan veel leren van onze anciens en recent versterkten een aantal nieuwe collega’s het team. Word jij een van hen?

Het team haalt voldoening uit het bieden van veilige zorg tijdens de korte aanwezigheid van de patiënt in het OK en men hecht belang aan de post – operatieve instructies en administratie. De collega’s gaan voor de zogenaamde ‘mangomomentjes’ waarbij ze met een klein gebaar een grote meerwaarde creëren voor onze patiënten.

Om hen te ondersteunen kijken we uit naar een enthousiaste, gedreven logistiek assistent(e). Je werkt multidisciplinair samen met de verpleegkundigen, administratief medewerkers en artsen. Zo draag je bij aan een efficiënt georganiseerde patiëntenzorg op het OK door het uitvoeren van allerlei logistieke en zorgondersteunende taken.

Wat zijn jouw taken?

- Je zet het materiaal klaar voor de ingrepen a.d.h.v. pickorder lijsten - Je vult de OK zalen aan - Je ondersteunt bij het voorraad – en materiaalbeheer: je controleert de voorraden, doet bestellingen waar nodig en bergt het materiaal op na levering. Je volgt vervaldata op, meldt defecten aan materiaal, … - Je haalt en brengt medicatie, stalen en bloed van het labo, post, … - Je staat in voor de flow van chirurgisch instrumentarium

- Je behaalde een diploma in de zorgsector of je bent in het bezit van het attest voor logistiek assistent(e) - Patiëntgerichtheid en vriendelijkheid zijn voor jou een must! - Je bent in staat om snel te anticiperen op veranderende omstandigheden en past jouw planning en werktempo aan waar nodig - Je beschikt over een goede fysieke conditie - Je houdt ervan om in team te werken maar kan evengoed zelfstandig aan de slag - Je beschikt over goede computervaardigheden
