Als logistiek assistent speel je een cruciale ondersteunende rol binnen ons zorgteam. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze zorgverleners zich volledig kunnen richten op hun patiënten, omdat jij alle logistieke zaken soepel en efficiënt regelt. Onder begeleiding van de hoofdverpleegkundige draag je bij aan een optimale zorgervaring van onze patiënten en familie.

- Jij zorgt ervoor dat de verpleegafdeling netjes en georganiseerd is, waardoor de zorgverleners efficiënt hun werk kunnen doen. - Het aanvullen van voorraden in de werkruimten is bij jou in goede handen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles wat nodig is altijd beschikbaar is. - Je draagt zorg voor de maaltijden op de afdeling, zodat patiënten op tijd hun maaltijd krijgen. - Je coördineert het patiëntenvervoer, zodat iedereen op de juiste plaats en tijd aanwezig is. - Of het nu gaat om het vervoeren van stalen, geneesmiddelen of materiaal, jij regelt het met zorg en precisie. - Je volgt bestellingen op en zorgt voor een correcte classificatie van verpleeg- en andere documenten.

- Je hebt een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs en hebt bij voorkeur reeds een aanvullend attest als logistiek assistent in ziekenhuizen behaald. - Je werkt met precisie en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Kwaliteit en zorgvuldigheid staan bij jou voorop. - Je bent vriendelijk en respectvol in je omgang met patiënten en hun familie, waardoor je bijdraagt aan een positieve en ondersteunende omgeving. - Je bent een echte teamspeler. Je ondersteunt je collega’s en draagt bij aan een harmonieuze werksfeer. - Je blijft kalm onder druk en kunt je werk efficiënt organiseren. Je werkt in een goed tempo zonder de kwaliteit uit het oog te verliezen. - Je hebt een scherp oog voor de behoeften van de patiënten en ziet werk liggen. Je handelt proactief om hen de best mogelijke zorg te bieden. - Je bent bereid om te werken in shiften (vroege en late shiften), tijdens het weekend en op feestdagen. - Je gaat discreet en zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie en patiëntgegevens. Betrouwbaarheid vinden we erg belangrijk.
