The posting

Vivaldis Office is op zoek naar een administratief logistiek bediende voor onze klant in Lummen. Onze klant is een internationale speler gespecialiseerd in grondstoffen en logistieke dienstverlening. Jouw takenpakket als administratief logistiek bediende bestaat uit:

  • Het verwerken van nieuwe klantdossiers, inclusief het invoeren van stamgegevens, koppelen van relevante documenten (zoals RIB-bestanden), opmaken van specifieke contracten en aanvragen van vereiste vergunningen.
  • Het nauwkeurig en tijdig registreren van commerciële afspraken, orders en deals in het ERP-systeem (dit vormt ongeveer 40% van je dagelijkse takenpakket).
  • Het opvolgen van de mailbox, zodat commerciële vragen en afspraken meteen worden opgepakt.
  • Het up-to-date houden en beheren van de masterdata van klanten, leveranciers en grondstoffen.
  • Het verzamelen en verankeren van alle nodige transport- en kwaliteitsdocumentatie bij elk dossier, zodat het logistieke team de verdere uitvoering vlekkeloos kan plannen.
  • Het fungeren als back-up voor de planners van de weg- en binnenvaartlogistiek bij hun afwezigheid of piekperiodes.
  • Het voeren van meertalige telefoongesprekken ter ondersteuning van het logistieke team tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Het proactief detecteren en signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden in de logistieke processen, waarbij je rechtstreeks rapporteert aan de head of logistics.

Als administratief logistiek bediende herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd binnen een administratieve backoffice functie.
  • Je bent administratief ijzersterk (nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en gericht op het correct verwerken en opzoeken van gegevens).
  • Je stelt je niet op als een loutere uitvoerder, maar durft kritisch mee te denken als een waardevolle brugfiguur tussen de commerciële afdeling en de backoffice.
  • Je bent een communicatieve, dynamische en pragmatische persoonlijkheid met een duidelijke hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Engels en het Frans. Kennis van het Duits is een mooie troef.
  • Je werkt vlot met ERP-systemen en MS Office.
  • Affiniteit met logistieke documentatie, regelgeving en kwaliteitsnormen is een pluspunt; indien dit nieuw voor je is, breng je de leergierigheid mee om dit snel op te pikken.
