Voor een toonaangevende logistieke speler in de regio Willebroek zijn we op zoek naar een logistiek bediende.

Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in de op- en overslag en logistieke afhandeling van onder andere staal, aluminium, hout en bulkgoederen. Vanuit een strategisch gelegen terminal staat het bedrijf dagelijks in voor een veilige, betrouwbare en efficiënte dienstverlening aan nationale en internationale klanten.

Als logistiek bediende speel je een belangrijke rol in het organiseren en opvolgen van de logistieke flow. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, transporteurs en interne teams om ervoor te zorgen dat alle goederenstromen vlot en correct verlopen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Logistiek Bediende om ons team te versterken! In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een gevarieerd takenpakket binnen de logistieke sector. Heb jij een passie voor administratie, logistiek, transport en planning én werk je graag in team? Dan kan deze functie jou op het lijf geschreven zijn!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse opvolging en coördinatie van logistieke opdrachten.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten, transporteurs, leveranciers en interne afdelingen.
  • Je plant en organiseert transporten, laad- en losactiviteiten.
  • Je volgt de goederenstromen nauwgezet op en grijpt in wanneer er zich problemen of vertragingen voordoen.
  • Je verwerkt administratieve gegevens en zorgt voor een correcte registratie in de interne systemen.
  • Je maakt transport- en werkdocumenten op en controleert de volledigheid ervan.
  • Je houdt klanten op de hoogte van de planning en de status van hun opdrachten.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van afwijkingen, wijzigingen en eventuele klachten.
  • Je denkt proactief mee over oplossingen en draagt bij aan een efficiënte logistieke werking.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de operationele teams op de terminal.

De kandidaat die we graag voorstellen bij onze klant:

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een opleiding of relevante ervaring binnen logistiek, transport of expeditie.
  • Ervaring in een logistieke omgeving als administratief medewerker/loketbediende een must!
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer de planning onverwacht wijzigt.
  • Je bent communicatief en klantgericht ingesteld.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en leert nieuwe digitale systemen snel aan.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands. en goed Frans/Engels
  • Je bent stressbestendig, flexibel en beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je werkt graag samen, maar kan ook zelfstandig beslissingen nemen.
  • Je hebt interesse in een dynamische werkomgeving waar geen enkele dag dezelfde is.
