Als consultant werk je op projectbasis voor verschillende bedrijven met een vast contract. Je komt terecht in organisaties waar jouw kennis en expertise een belangrijke bijdrage leveren. Ben jij sterk in logistieke organisatie en hou je ervan om verschillende processen op elkaar af te stemmen? Wil jij een functie waarin je transporten opvolgt, snel schakelt en mee zorgt voor een efficiënte goederenstroom?

Als Consultant Logistiek Coördinator ben jij de belangrijke schakel in de dagelijkse organisatie van uitgaande goederenstromen. Je zorgt ervoor dat transporten correct worden ingepland, documenten zorgvuldig worden voorbereid en zendingen tijdig vertrekken.

Jouw taken:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van transporten binnen de Benelux, Duitsland, het Verenigd Koninkrijk en overzeese containerzendingen.
  • Voorbereiden, controleren en opvolgen van douanedocumenten en uitklaringen.
  • Bewaken van de dagelijkse transportplanning en opvolgen van afhalingen.
  • Beheren van de logistieke mailbox en bepalen van operationele prioriteiten.
  • Proactief problemen signaleren en oplossingen zoeken.
  • Samenwerken met planning, sales, productie, transporteurs en externe partners.
  • Bewaken van een vlotte logistieke flow binnen de organisatie.
  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring heeft.
  • Ervaring heeft binnen logistiek en/of douane.
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden bezit.
  • Vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels spreekt en schrijft. Kennis van Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Vlot kan werken met digitale systemen en tools zoals SAP, Navision, Odoo, Exact Online en MS Office.
  • Proactief, praktisch ingesteld en oplossingsgericht werkt.
  • Snel kan schakelen en graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.
  • Flexibel is en openstaat voor verschillende projecten en werkomgevingen.
  • Bereid is om zich te verplaatsen tot ongeveer 45 à 60 minuten rijden.
