Ben jij een administratieve doener die graag schakelt tussen planning, klanten en chauffeurs? Met een eerste werkervaring en affiniteit met de bouw of logistiek krijg je hier de kans om een veelzijdige rol op te nemen binnen een praktische en operationele omgeving.Als Administratief Bediende Planning ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking van de betoncentrale. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct verwerkt worden en dat productie, transport en planning goed op elkaar aansluiten.

Je takenpakket:

  • Betonbestellingen aannemen, verwerken en opvolgen.
  • Rekening houden met de toepassing van het beton, de productiecapaciteit en beschikbare transporten.
  • Betonpompen en extra betonmixers regelen wanneer nodig.
  • De planning opvolgen en bijsturen bij wijzigingen.
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten, chauffeurs en pompbedienaars.
  • Start- en einduren van chauffeurs opvolgen.
  • Cement, zand en grind tijdig bestellen.
  • Vakantieplanning van chauffeurs en pompbedienaars bijhouden.
  • Pro forma facturen en andere administratie verwerken.
  • Werken met SAP, CRM en andere administratieve systemen.

Je maakt deel uit van een team met 2 planners en 1 administratief bediende planning. Het is een hands-on omgeving waar de planning niet altijd loopt zoals voorzien. Flexibel schakelen en praktisch oplossingen zoeken zijn daarom belangrijk.

Veel kan aangeleerd worden, maar een eerste affiniteit met de sector is een must.

  • Je hebt een eerste werkervaring in administratie, planning, logistiek, transport, bouw of een gelijkaardige omgeving.
  • Affiniteit met de bouwsector en/of logistiek is belangrijk. Je hoeft geen bouwtechnisch expert te zijn, maar hebt interesse in materialen en toepassingen.
  • Ervaring met SAP, CRM of andere digitale systemen is een plus.
  • Je bent een doener: je wacht niet af, maar neemt zaken vast en volgt ze op.
  • Nauwkeurig werken combineer je met voldoende flexibiliteit om snel te schakelen.
  • Communiceren met verschillende partijen gaat je vlot af.
  • Je bent bereid flexibel te werken. De normale uren liggen rond 9u-17u, maar een vroege start rond 6u kan soms nodig zijn.
