Voor deze groeiende transportfirma, regio Aalst, zoeken we een Logistiek Bediende die graag structuur brengt in terugkerende administratieve taken. Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking rond transportdocumenten, pallettenbeheer en ritadministratie. Dit bedrijf bestaat op vandaag uit een 100-tal collega's, maar blijft verder groeien!

Als Logistiek Bediende krijg je een sterk administratieve functie waarin nauwkeurigheid centraal staat. Afhankelijk van het takenpakket kan ook loketwerking en rechtstreeks contact met chauffeurs deel uitmaken van jouw werkdag.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Logistiek Bediende volg je het pallettenbeheer administratief nauwkeurig op en zorg je voor een correcte verwerking van de bijhorende gegevens
  • Wekelijks bereken je kilometervergoedingen van onderaannemers en beheer je de administratie rond boetes
  • Daarnaast controleer je, verwerk je en scan je CMR's in, aangevuld met encodage en administratieve ondersteuning van de facturatie
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontvangen van de chauffeurs waarbij je ook de rittenbladen meegeeft aan hen en deze verder verwerkt
  • Afhankelijk van de invulling van de functie en jouw interesseveld neem je ook een deel van de loketwerking voor jouw rekening
  • Je bent in het bezit van een logistiek diploma aangevuld met minstens 2 jaar ervaring als Logistiek Bediende of Loketbediende
  • Kennis van CMR's, pallettenbeheer, encodage en rittenbladen zijn nodig om te functie vlot te kunnen uitoefenen
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Wanneer je loketwerking ook opneemt, is het Frans eveneens belangrijk
