Ben jij sterk in administratie en voel je je thuis in een logistieke omgeving? In deze gevarieerde functie combineer je transportplanning, chauffeursonthaal en administratieve opvolging. Je zorgt ervoor dat inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen vlot verlopen en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen transport, klanten en interne diensten.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Logistiek Administratief Bediende ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging van de dagelijkse logistieke activiteiten. Je staat onder meer in voor:

  • Onthaal van vrachtwagenchauffeurs en binnenschippers
  • Opvolging van inkomende en uitgaande transporten
  • Planning van transporten via weg- en watertransport
  • Opmaken en controleren van CMR's en andere transportdocumenten
  • Verwerking van afvaldocumenten en logistieke administratie
  • Registreren en opvolgen van wegingen van inkomende en uitgaande goederen
  • Correcte facturatie van transporten en materialen
  • Administratieve ondersteuning van de logistieke afdeling
  • Opvolging van dossiers en communicatie met klanten en transporteurs
  • Diverse ad hoc administratieve en logistieke taken

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor in Logistiek, Office Management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Eerste ervaring binnen logistieke administratie of transport is een plus
  • Sterk organisatorisch en administratief inzicht
  • Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken
  • Klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte mindset
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel ingesteld
  • Goede kennis Nederlands
  • Basiskennis Frans en Engels
  • Vlot overweg met MS Office en administratieve systemen
