The posting

Voor onze afdeling te roeselare(rumbeke) zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega om het bestaande planningsteam van 4 personen te versterken.

Je maakt kennis met onze firma, activiteiten en diensten, klanten en chauffeurs via een leertraject

  • In een eerste fase heb je veel klantencontacten via telefoon en mail.Je leert op welke manier en via welke kanalen je deze vragen kan behandelen.Daarnaast neem je zelf contact met klanten om hun opdrachten praktisch te helpen regelen.
  • Even belangrijk is je contact met de chauffeurs.Voor hen ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt:je zorgt ervoor dat hun documenten correct ingevuld zijn en klaar liggen.Je staat hen te woord bij problemen en helpt hen deze op te lossen.Je leert hoe je hun heel diverse vragen kan beantwoorden.
  • Na deze eerste inwerkperiode word je opgeleid tot planner.De ADR-transporten vertrekken vanuit Rumbeke naar diverse bestemmingen in België.Ze worden ingepland in ons ERP-pakket(AX)rekening houdend met geografisch efficiënt inplannen,timing, beschikbaarheid van materiaal en chauffeurs, soort opdracht,…
  • Hieruit volgt dat je frequente contacten hebt met het magazijn voor het opmaken en bespreken van laadlijsten

In de beginfase neem je de planningstaken over van de planners die in verlof zijn, in een latere fase word je voltijds planner.

  • Je hebt minstens een bachelor opleiding.
  • Een zekere affiniteit met logistiek en/of transport is een must.Dit kan door je opleiding in de logistieke richting of door een relevante ervaring.
  • Je bent enthousiast en klantvriendelijk,in je contact met klanten, chauffeurs en collega’s draag je dit hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig, maar durft ook Frans te spreken en schrijven(mails).Minstens 25%van je contacten zijn Franstalig
  • Je bent in staat om snel een computerpakket aan te leren en de Office-pakketten kennen voor jou geen geheimen.
  • Je werkt meestal in een dagrooster(8.30-17.00u)maar als planner werk je in schiften (7.00u-15u30 of 10.00u-18u30u)
  • Je houdt ervan om zaken uit te spitten en problemen op te lossen.
  • Je analytische ingesteldheid en stressbestendigheid helpt je om het overzicht te bewaren en een complexe planning tot een goed einde te brengen.
