Onze site in Geel - Belgie is de grootste chemische productiesite voor API's (actieve farmaceutische ingredienten) voor small molecules binnen de supply chain van Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. Wij zorgen ervoor dat levensreddende medicijnen de patient altijd veilig, optimaal en tijdig bereiken. Naast de productie van API's heeft de site een belangrijke lancerings- en groeimissie voor nieuwe farmaceutische producten. Om deze missie te volbrengen, blijven we investeren in nieuwe technologieen, mensen en partnerships. Onze teams werken samen in een dynamische omgeving waar innovatie en een 'can do'-mentaliteit de norm zijn.

Binnen het warehouse team zijn we op zoek naar een talent dat ons de nodige logistiek administratieve ondersteuning kan geven.

In deze rol sta je midden in onze operationele activiteiten en zorg je ervoor dat alle inkomende en uitgaande goederen nauwkeurig, efficient en tijdig worden verwerkt. Je werkt nauw samen met het warehouse operations team. We zijn op zoek naar een dynamisch persoon die snel bijleert, kan multitasken en tegelijkertijd het overzicht behoudt en die energie krijgt van een dynamische omgeving. Werk je graag samen met het team aan het behalen van dagelijkse deadlines? Aan het einde van elke dag zie je het directe resultaat van je inspanningen en kan je met een groot gevoel van voldoening naar huis gaan. Je krijgt de kans om een significante impact te hebben op de efficientie van ons team.

Je bent op korte termijn beschikbaar. Het gaat om een langdurige opdracht voor een jaar. Je werkt voltijds.

* Eerste ervaring in een logistieke omgeving, bij voorkeur in een groot internationaal bedrijf

* Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, gesproken en geschreven

* Bedreven gebruiker van de standard Microsoft applicaties

Kennis van volgende items zijn een plus:

* SAP en/of MES kennis

* (basis)kennis Dangerous Goods Regulations: ADR - IATA - IMDG

* (basis)Kennis douaneprocessen en administratie

* Kennis heathcare en Pharma industrie

* (basis)Kennis van GXP wetgeving

* Je coordineert activiteiten met het operationele team in het magazijn, altijd gericht op een optimale service voor onze (interne) klanten. Een hands-on aanpak is vereist. Processen in uw scope:

o Laad- en losactiviteiten in het chemische magazijn

o Administratieve voorbereiding en coordinatie van staalnames voor inkomende orders en extra analyses

o Aansturen van pick en pack van commerciele en niet-commerciele orders

o Beheer van externe voorraad en het efficient plannen van afvoer en aanvoer van overflow materialen

* Je communiceert met (interne) klanten, expediteurs, transportbedrijven, externe magazijnen en het operationele team

* Je maakt transport- en douanedocumenten op voor inkomende en uitgaande zendingen: CMR, facturen, paklijsten, EX- en IM-documenten, documentatie gevaarlijke goederen, ...

* Je ondersteunt de collega's in het team waar dit nodig is en neemt deel aan projecten.

* Je neemt actief deel aan het TIER-communicatieproces
