Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in het tijdig en correct leveren van onze producten in binnen- en buitenland? Krijg jij energie van organiseren, schakelen en oplossingen vinden? Dan is deze functie binnen ons Supply Chain team in Aalter iets voor jou.

Over de rol

Als Logistiek Bediende ben jij dé spil in ons transportproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze zonweringsproducten en pergola’s vlot en correct hun weg vinden naar klanten in Europa, het VK en Canada. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige aanpak blijven onze klanten tevreden én blijft onze productie veilig en efficiënt draaien.

Je werkt vanuit onze site in Aalter en hebt dagelijks contact met interne collega’s én externe transportpartners.

In deze rol combineer je operationele daadkracht met organisatorisch inzicht:

  • Je verwerkt afgewerkte orders in het systeem en koppelt de juiste transporteur
  • Je plant en coördineert transporten, vnl. wegtransport
  • Je verwerkt laad- en colli-lijsten zodat het magazijn correct kan picken en laden
  • Je stemt af met transporteurs over ophalingen en levermomenten
  • Je plant de interne chauffeur efficiënt in
  • Je volgt leveringen op en behandelt eventuele schadedossiers
  • Je controleert transportfacturen
  • Je denkt actief mee over optimalisaties (kosten, procesverbetering,...)
  • Je ondersteunt als back-up binnen aankoop (bestellingen en orderbevestigingen)
  • Je springt bij in administratieve taken waar nodig

Over jou

Jij past perfect in deze rol omdat jij:

  • Een bachelor hebt of gelijkwaardig bent door ervaring
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring hebt in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Sterk organisatorisch bent
  • Proactief en collegiaal samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen
  • Vlot communiceert in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans. Andere talen zijn een plus.
  • Basiskennis Excel hebt en vlot nieuwe systemen oppikt
  • Je bent nuchter, hands-on en krijgt energie van een goed georganiseerde werkdag waarin alles tijdig vertrekt.
