Heb je een eerste ervaring met douanedocumenten? Is offertes opstellen niks nieuws voor jou? Trekt de wereld van weg-, zee- en luchtvracht jou aan? Dan is deze vacature zeker interessant voor jou. Onze klant, een internationale speler in transport en opslag, is op zoek naar een transport coördinator.

Jouw taken:

  • Opstellen van prijsoffertes intern en naar klanten met het oog om business te genereren.
  • Ontvangen en registreren van transportopdrachten.
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van de toepasselijke transportdocumenten
  • Opvolging van de opdrachten en oplossing van operationele problemen (vertragingen, douanecontroles, wijzigingen in leveringsinstructies etc)
  • Opstellen douane documenten import en export
  • Coördineren met het warehouse voor het laden, lossen
  • Facturatie en opvolging van de betaling

De Transport Coördinator is verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, opvolgen en coördineren van wegtransporten, met een bijzondere focus op import- en exportzendingen buiten de Europese Unie, in het bijzonder van-en naar Turkije, incl het vervullen van douaneformaliteiten en de coördinatie met het warehouse voor het laden, lossen en optimale benutting van de camions.

  • Bachelor niveau en/of 2-3 jaren relevante ervaring
  • Basis douane kennis is een must
  • Uitstekende kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels
