Heb je al ervaring in een magazijn en beschik je over kennis van bouwmaterialen? Dan is deze functie als logistiek bediende jou op het lijf geschreven. Als magazijnverantwoordelijke sta je in voor het beheer en het vlotte verloop van alle magazijnactiviteiten. Je krijgt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over het logistieke gebeuren binnen de firma en speelt een sleutelrol in de dagelijkse werking. Je komt terecht in een klein en hecht team, werkt in mooie daguren en geniet van een bediendecontract.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en het dagelijks beheer van het magazijn
  • Beheer van de voorraad: stocktellingen uitvoeren en tijdig bestellingen plaatsen
  • Zorgen voor een overzichtelijke, veilige en correcte stockage van materialen en gereedschappen
  • Aanvragen, vergelijken en analyseren van offertes bij leveranciers
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van bestelbonnen met oog voor kostenefficiëntie en kwaliteit
  • Controleren van inkomende goederen op kwaliteit, kwantiteit en conformiteit
  • Plannen en opvolgen van verplichte keuringen van materialen en gereedschappen
  • Aanvragen en opvolgen van vergunningen
  • Opvolgen van verschillende projecten en afstemmen van de planning
  • Coördinatie en communicatie met onderaannemers en leveranciers
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in de bouwsector is noodzakelijk
  • Ervaring als magazijnverantwoordelijke, warehouse coördinator of logistiek/technisch bediende
  • Administratief sterk en commercieel ingesteld
  • Praktische mindset met zin voor initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid
  • Vlot Nederlandstalig en communicatief sterk, zowel intern als extern
  • Goede PC-vaardigheden (MS Office, mailverkeer; ervaring met ERP is een plus)
