Voor een sterk groeiende speler binnen de logistieke sector in de regio Haasdonk zoeken we een Dispatcher & Customer Service medewerker. Dit bedrijf telt een aanzienlijk aantal medewerkers en is actief op internationaal niveau, met een duidelijke focus op uitbreiding en schaalvergroting.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar transport, klantenservice en magazijnwerking samenkomen. De werking is gestructureerd, maar geen dag verloopt hetzelfde. De organisatie zet sterk in op samenwerking, heldere communicatie en een praktische aanpak.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse mailbox nauwgezet wordt opgevolgd en geen enkele aanvraag verloren gaat
  • Je staat rechtstreeks in contact met klanten en beantwoordt vragen rond leveringen, ritten en aanvragen
  • Het correct verwerken en opvolgen van administratie rond klantencontact neem je volledig in handen
  • Je denkt actief mee met klanten en zoekt steeds naar haalbare oplossingen, ook in complexe situaties
  • Dagelijks informeer je klanten over afwijkingen zoals niet-uitgevoerde leveringen of bijzonderheden
  • Je coördineert de planning van chauffeurs en ondersteunt hen bij hun dagelijkse ritten
  • Zie je ruimte voor optimalisatie, dan stel je proactief extra planningen op zodat transport efficiënter verloopt
  • Je verwerkt transportdocumenten zoals leverbonnen en CMR’s correct in het systeem
  • Je fungeert als schakel tussen klanten, chauffeurs en interne diensten en houdt iedereen op de hoogte
  • Je controleert dagelijks goederen die niet werden ingeladen en neemt de nodige acties om dit op te lossen
  • Het coördineren van retours en opvolging hiervan behoort ook tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of hebt relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Ervaring binnen transport of logistiek is belangrijk om snel te kunnen schakelen
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels om klanten en partners correct te ondersteunen
