Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot met ervaring in logistiek, planning en export? Heb je kennis van transportdocumenten, douaneformaliteiten en internationale verzendingen? Dan is deze functie wellicht jouw volgende uitdaging.

Voor een gevestigde en familiale producent binnen de voedingsindustrie in Westerlo zijn wij op zoek naar een Logistiek bediende Export.

Dit bedrijf heeft een sterke reputatie opgebouwd als internationale speler en levert dagelijks kwaliteitsproducten aan klanten wereldwijd.

Om de verdere groei van de exportactiviteiten te ondersteunen, zoeken we een communicatieve en nauwkeurige planner die de internationale transporten in goede banen leidt.

Als Logistiek bediende Export ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en opvolging van internationale transporten. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, transporteurs, douanediensten en interne afdelingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Plannen, organiseren en opvolgen van exporttransporten naar verschillende internationale bestemmingen, van vertrek tot levering.
  • Opstellen, controleren en verwerken van transportdocumenten, exportdocumenten en douanedocumentatie.
  • Contact onderhouden met transporteurs, klanten, externe en interne partners
  • Administratieve opvolging van zendingen en exportdossiers
  • Bewaken van levertermijnen en proactief inspelen op eventuele vertragingen
  • Verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande goederen en ondersteunen van voorraadbeheer en stockcontroles.
  • Registreren en beheren van logistieke gegevens in het ERP-systeem.
  • Samenwerken met productie, logistiek en sales om een vlotte goederenstroom te garanderen
  • Oplossen van transportgerelateerde problemen en zoeken naar de meest efficiënte oplossingen
  • Rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke van de afdeling

Wij zoeken een administratief sterke planner die structuur weet te brengen in een dynamische omgeving.

Je beschikt over:

  • Ervaring binnen transportplanning, logistiek of export
  • Kennis van exportprocessen en douanedocumentatie
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
  • Een vlotte kennis van MS Office en administratieve systemen
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een nauwkeurige werkstijl
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte aanpak
  • Flexibiliteit naar werkuren wanneer de planning daarom vraagt

Een grote meerwaarde is:

-Ervaring binnen de voedingssector

-Kennis van Frans en/of Duits

-Ervaring met internationale transporten en exportdossiers

-Kennis van logistieke en douaneprocedures

-Je bent iemand die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, prioriteiten kan stellen en het overzicht bewaart, ook wanneer meerdere dossiers tegelijkertijd lopen.
