Deze organisatie is een toonaangevende producent van hoogwaardige kunststofverpakkingen, actief in diverse markten wereldwijd. Ongeveer 40% van onze productie is gericht op de voedingssector. Daarnaast bedienen we de farmaceutische industrie. Het resterende deel bestaat uit industriële toepassingen.

Ze beschikken over een gloednieuw R&D centrum in Laarne, waar ze klanten op een zeer korte termijn van concept tot werkend eindproduct begeleiden. Dit maakt ons tot een pionier in de sector, in staat om snel en efficiënt op maat gemaakte oplossingen te bieden. In regio Laarne werken ze met een team van 450 medewerkers en vormen we een cruciale schakel in het wereldwijde netwerk van het bedrijf.

Voor dit bedrijf gaan we mee op zoek naar een administratief onthaalbediende.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je ontvangt bezoekers professioneel en zorgt voor een warm welkom in de lobby van het nieuwe gebouw.
  • Ad hoc ondersteuning: Je speelt flexibel in op onverwachte situaties, bijvoorbeeld bij grote groepen bezoekers of technische problemen.
  • Je organiseert evenementen voor grote groepen tot ± 100 personen.
  • Je plant en coördineert bezoeken, zodat onze klanten een goed georganiseerde hebben.
  • Ondersteuning bieden van het marketingteam bij projecten.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau en minstens een eerste werkervaring.
  • Ervaring met eventorganisatie wordt gezien als een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels om de communicatie intern en met klanten vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je bent bereid om jezelf flexibel op te stellen naar taken en projecten toe.
