Voor een ambitieuze en groeiende logistieke speler zoeken we een gedreven logistiek bediende die dagelijks instaat voor de coördinatie en opvolging van internationale transportopdrachten. In deze cruciale rol zorg je ervoor dat goederen op tijd, efficiënt en volgens afspraak hun bestemming bereiken.

Jobomschrijving

Als Logistiek Bediende Transport ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van transportactiviteiten. Je bewaakt de planning van begin tot eind en zorgt ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een vlotte en kwalitatieve dienstverlening.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

  • Het organiseren en coördineren van internationale transportopdrachten.
  • Het plannen van afhalingen en leveringen volgens de wensen van de klant.
  • Het optimaal inzetten van beschikbare transportmiddelen met aandacht voor rendement, kwaliteit en service.
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met klanten, chauffeurs, onderaannemers en transportpartners.
  • Het snel en efficiënt oplossen van operationele problemen of last-minute wijzigingen.
  • Het correct registreren en actualiseren van gegevens in het Transport Management Systeem (TMS).
  • Het bewaken van procedures, afspraken en kwaliteitsnormen binnen het transportproces.

Je bent organisatorisch sterk, behoudt het overzicht onder druk en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende dossiers. Daarnaast hou je van actie en neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid.

Verder beschik je over:

  • Bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring als bediende binnen transport, logistiek of supply chain
  • Een bachelor diploma of denkvermogen in combinatie met sterke planning skills
  • Een flexibele ingesteldheid en een oplossingsgerichte mindset.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en een klantgerichte aanpak. Kennis van andere talen is een troef.
  • Kennis van CMR-wetgeving, ADR-reglementering en Incoterms is een mooie troef.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en de drive om continu mee te denken met klanten en collega's.
