The posting

Onze snel groeiende klant te Evergem, gespecialiseerd in warehousing en transport van gevroren en gekoelde goederen, zijn op zoek naar een logistiek bediende voor de dienst customer service support.

Als Logistiek Bediende ben jij de spil tussen klant, magazijn en chauffeurs. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief en operationeel vlot verloopt.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Ontvangen van chauffeurs en hen doorverwijzen naar de juiste gate
  • Invoeren van orders in het systeem: Inkomende en uitgaande goederen
  • Opvolging van voorraadbeheer: artikelen aanmaken/aanpassen wanneer nodig
  • Beheer van afspraken, laad- en losmomenten
  • Registreren en behandelen van klachten en afwijkingen
  • Verzorgen van correcte informatie naar de supervisors zodat zij de juiste planning kunnen opmaken
  • Ondersteunen van supervisors bij vragen over specifieke orders
  • Beheer van vervoersdocumenten (ook i.v.m. Containers)
  • Algemene communicatie met klanten/ interne stakeholders
  • Bestellingen opmaken en doorgeven

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt reeds ervaring in een logistieke omgeving, ervaring met diepvriesopslag is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan zowel klanten als collega's professioneel te woord staan
  • Je spreekt vlot Engels en/of Nederlands; kennis van andere talen is een troef
  • Je kan goed overweg met computersystemen en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, maar blijft kalm en oplossingsgericht wanneer er iets misloopt
  • Flexibiliteit schrikt je niet af: werken in rotatie systeem (vroege, late, dag)
  • Je ziet werk en springt bij waar nodig.
