Voor een sterk groeiend logistiek familiebedrijf, gespecialiseerd in de opslag en overslag, gaat SD Worx Professionals op zoek naar een Logistiek bediende / Planner met kennis van liquide middelen en alles wat daarmee gepaard gaat.

Je komt terecht in een team van 4 collega's waar ieder verantwoordelijk is voor zijn/haar takenpakket en waar je fungeert als elkaars backup. Het team behartigt zowel scheepvaartvervoer van liquide middelen (60%) als vrachtwagenvervoer van bulk & liquide middelen (40%). In de toekomst komt hier mogelijk ook spoorvervoer bij.

Hoe ziet jou takenpakket eruit?

  • Jij zal instaan voor de administratieve afhandeling van het scheepvaartvervoer van liquide middelen
  • Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, zowel telefonisch als per mail omtrent planning, communicatie, facturatie,...
  • Je ontvangt vervoerders en leveranciers, en zorgt voor een correcte doorverwijzing op de site
  • Je verwerkt (douane)documenten en registreert waar nodig
  • Ook voorraadbeheer en de rapportering van de activiteiten behoort tot jouw pakket

Bezit jij onderstaande must haves? Fijn, want we zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die:

  • Kan terugblikken op relevante ervaring: planning, ervaring met douanedocumenten en dat in de wereld van liquids
  • Vlot communiceert in het Nederlands en Engels en beschikt over een stevige basis van het Frans
  • Houdt van teamwork waarbij ieder zijn verantwoordelijkheid opneemt
  • Goed overweg kan met strakke deadlines
  • Positief ingesteld is en zich vlot kan vervoegen in het bestaande team van fijne collega's
  • Vlot kan werken met MS Office toepassingen (Word, Excel)
