Voor een internationale logistieke omgeving in regio Kallo zoeken we een Logistiek Medewerker die administratieve nauwkeurigheid combineert met operationele opvolging. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, transportpartners en het magazijn.

Wat jij in beweging zet

  • Importafwikkelingen verwerken en opvolgen.
  • Magazijndossiers opvolgen op douanevlak.
  • Transporten actief monitoren en afstemmen met partners.
  • Data beheren en verwerken in Excel.
  • Internationale klanten professioneel te woord staan, voornamelijk in het Engels.
  • Nauw samenwerken met het magazijnteam.
  • Prioriteiten bewaken en dossiers administratief correct laten verlopen.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Ervaring in expeditie of logistiek is een pluspunt.
  • Een logistieke opleiding is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Engels; extra talen zijn een troef.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Je bent proactief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief, stressbestendig en flexibel.
