Ben jij een kei in organiseren en hou je het hoofd koel wanneer het druk wordt? Voor een internationale speler in bouwmaterialen zoeken we een transportplanner die zich thuis voelt in een logistieke omgeving.

De site is gelegen in de regio Kortrijk en telt enkele honderden medewerkers. Vanuit dit knooppunt worden zowel nationaal als internationaal transport aangestuurd. Het bedrijf is actief in de productie en distributie van bouwgerelateerde materialen en levert aan klanten over heel Europa.

Je komt terecht in een gestructureerde en professionele omgeving waar mensgericht samenwerken centraal staat.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij zorgt voor een sluitende rittenplanning voor intern én extern transport in overleg met de logistiek verantwoordelijke
  • Ontvangt chauffeurs en voorziet hen van de nodige transportdocumenten bij vertrek en aankomst
  • Klanten die bestellingen afhalen help je verder met administratie en doorverwijzing
  • Houdt het overzicht over communicatie met chauffeurs, klanten en interne diensten
  • Verwerkt transportdocumenten in het ERP-systeem (Dynamics Navision)
  • Controleert regelmatig de transportkosten per regio via nacalculatie
  • Diploma in een logistieke richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Ervaring met transportplanning en kennis van rij- en rusttijden
  • Taalvaardig in Nederlands, Frans en Engels om vlot te communiceren met chauffeurs en klanten
