Jouw uitdaging

Als logistiek bediende ben jij de spil tussen onze klanten, chauffeurs en interne organisatie.

Je zorgt ervoor dat onze dagelijkse transportplanning vlot verloopt en dat onze klanten kunnen rekenen op een uitstekende service.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het opstellen en opvolgen van de dagelijkse planning voor onze eigen chauffeurs én externe transporteurs.
  • Het onderhouden van nauw contact met klanten en chauffeurs gedurende de volledige transportopdracht.
  • Het proactief informeren van klanten wanneer er zich problemen of vertragingen voordoen, en samen met hen zoeken naar de best mogelijke oplossing.
  • Het opvolgen van dossiers na levering en het afhandelen van eventuele vragen of opmerkingen.
  • Het behandelen en opvolgen van geretourneerde of beschadigde goederen.
  • Het bewaken van een vlotte communicatie en een uitstekende dienstverlening, waarbij klanttevredenheid steeds centraal staat.
  • Je bent tweetalig (Nederlands en Frans) en communiceert vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je beschikt diploma bachelor, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer het druk is.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel in contacten met klanten en chauffeurs.
  • Je denkt in oplossingen en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je werkt vlot met de gebruikelijke pc-toepassingen; ervaring in een logistieke omgeving is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
