The posting

Voor een groeiende onderneming in Verrebroek is het team van Konvert HR op zoek naar een Logistiek Bediende Rollend Materieel. Op de carterminal ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van al het rollend materieel dat geleverd en opgehaald wordt.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Samen met je collega's neem je de leiding bij de registratie en het beheer van rollende cargo op de kaai, gaande van auto's tot bussen en vrachtwagens. Met behulp van specifieke computersystemen volg je de aankomst en het vertrek hiervan op. Je betrekt steeds de klanten bij het hele proces.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het (functioneel) aansturen en controleren van een tiental havenarbeiders per shift. Zij moeten de aangeleverde voertuigen markeren en een plaats geven op het terrein volgens hun bestemming.
  • Je staat mee in voor het voorbereiden van de lading en lossing van de zeeschepen en de verdere administratieve opvolging tijdens de operaties.
  • Hiernaast sta je in voor de verdere dienstverlening naar een internationaal cliënteel en help je mee een positieve klantenrelatie op te bouwen via persoonlijke contacten, e-mail en telefoon.
  • Je wordt tewerkgesteld in een tweeploegen shiftensysteem (6u-14u en 14u-22u).
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of over een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, communicatief sterk en sociaal vaardig.
  • Je kan omgaan met deadlines. De nodige flexibiliteit maakt dat je stressbestendig bent.
  • Je kan jezelf vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en het Engels.
  • Je hebt een geldig rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent in bezit van eigen vervoer om tot aan de firma te geraken.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van courante pc-toepassingen (vooral MS Excel).
  • Voor deze onderneming heb je een veiligheidsverificatie van de haven nodig. Wij kunnen dit voor je opvragen.
