Wat ga je doen?

Een bestelling is pas echt afgerond wanneer ze vlot en correct bij de klant geraakt.

Als Logistiek Bediende – Shipping & Transport zorg jij ervoor dat de goederenstromen administratief én praktisch op wieltjes lopen.

Je houdt het overzicht over verschillende zendingen, stemt af met transportpartners en zorgt ervoor dat alle documenten en gegevens correct zijn. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige opvolging weten collega's, transporteurs én klanten waar ze aan toe zijn.

Concreet:

verwerk en volg je verzendingen op in de ERP- en logistieke systemen;

stel je verzend-, export- en transportdocumenten op en controleer je of alles correct en volledig is;

coördineer je transporten met de logistieke partners wereldwijd en volg je de zendingen op van vertrek tot levering;

bewaak je de levertermijnen en onderneem je actie wanneer een levering dreigt af te wijken;

ben je het aanspreekpunt voor transporteurs, collega's en klanten bij vragen over verzendingen en transport.

Je kijkt bovendien verder dan je eigen takenpakket. Merk je dat een proces efficiënter kan, een systeem slimmer ingezet kan worden of een werkwijze beter kan? Dan verwacht men niet dat je dat zomaar laat liggen. Je krijgt de ruimte om verbeteringen aan te brengen en mee te werken aan nieuwe digitale werkwijzen binnen Verzending.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken geen administratieve robot, maar iemand die graag structuur brengt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en ervoor zorgt dat zaken tot in de puntjes geregeld zijn.

Je bent nauwkeurig, houdt het hoofd koel wanneer er verschillende zaken tegelijk op je afkomen en vindt het fijn om dossiers correct af te werken. Tegelijk ben je communicatief en proactief: je wacht niet af tot een probleem zich aandient, maar neemt zelf initiatief wanneer iets dreigt mis te lopen.

Daarnaast:

  • beschik je over een Bachelor-diploma, bij voorkeur in Logistiek, Supply Chain Management, Bedrijfskunde of een gelijkaardige richting. Ook met relevante ervaring ben je welkom;
  • heb je bij voorkeur ervaring binnen shipping, logistiek, customer service of supply chain;
  • werk je nauwkeurig en heb je een sterk oog voor detail;
  • ben je vlot met digitale tools en ERP-systemen en heb je interesse in hoe technologie logistieke processen kan verbeteren;
  • communiceer je vlot in Nederlands en Engels;
  • ben je iemand die graag samenwerkt, maar ook zelfstandig zijn of haar verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat onze verzendingen niet alleen vertrekken, maar ook correct, tijdig en zonder onnodige zorgen hun bestemming bereiken.
