Logistiek Bediende | Tot €3.500 Introductie

Voor een groeiende organisatie binnen een professionele productieomgeving zoeken we een Logistiek Bediende die graag administratie combineert met de dagelijkse logistieke werking.

Je zorgt ervoor dat inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen vlot verlopen, volgt transportdocumentatie op en staat in nauw contact met verschillende interne afdelingen en logistieke partners. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om actief mee te denken over verbeteringen binnen logistiek en supply chain.

Een interessante functie voor iemand die graag organiseert, nauwkeurig werkt en houdt van een logistieke omgeving waar elke dag beweging in zit.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je beheert en volgt de dagelijkse inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen op en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking.
  • Je coördineert uitgaande leveringen en maakt orderpick-, delivery- en transportdocumenten correct en tijdig op.
  • Je organiseert en volgt orderpicking en staging op, waarbij binnen de logistieke werking ook gebruik wordt gemaakt van AGV's.
  • Je verwerkt inkomende grondstoffenleveringen administratief, controleert de nodige documenten en registreert alles correct in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met transportplanning, Customer Service, logistieke partners en interne logistieke teams.
  • Je detecteert knelpunten in de dagelijkse werking en doet voorstellen om logistieke processen verder te verbeteren en optimaliseren.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Supply Chain Manager.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen logistiek, supply chain of logistieke administratie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en bent sterk in plannen en organiseren.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel met administratieve opvolging en het werken met een ERP-systeem.
  • Je bent flexibel, neemt initiatief en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen in de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je bent communicatief en werkt vlot samen met zowel interne collega's als externe logistieke partners.
