The posting

Voor een familiale speler in de transport- en logistieke sector in regio Zwevegem zoeken we een Logistiek Administratief Coördinator. Deze organisatie staat bekend om haar no-nonsense aanpak, sterke werkmentaliteit en directe communicatie.

Je komt terecht in een kleinschalig team waar iedereen meerdere verantwoordelijkheden opneemt en waar flexibiliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Binnen deze omgeving krijg je de kans om een allround rol op te nemen en actief mee te denken over hoe processen efficiënter kunnen verlopen.

Door een interne verschuiving zoeken ze iemand die deze rol op lange termijn wil opnemen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Het coördineren van de dagelijkse flow tussen magazijn, chauffeurs en klanten
  • Daarnaast zorg je voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van inkomende en uitgaande goederen
  • Verder organiseer je transporten en volg je leveringen nauwgezet op
  • Bovendien verwerk je orders en bewaak je de voortgang van pickings en verzendingen
  • Alsook ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je voor duidelijke communicatie bij vragen of problemen
  • Daarnaast behandel je schadegevallen en volg je dossiers op richting verzekering
  • Verder zorg je voor een correcte verwerking van transportdocumenten en douaneformaliteiten
  • Bovendien ondersteun je het magazijn door informatie door te geven en problemen snel op te lossen
  • Tot slot denk je actief mee na over verbeteringen en digitalisering binnen de werking
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen logistiek, administratie of customer service is een plus
  • Daarnaast ben je hands-on en denk je oplossingsgericht
  • Verder werk je gestructureerd en kan je snel schakelen tussen verschillende taken
  • Tot slot heb je een goede kennis Nederlands en kan je je behelpen in Frans en Engels
