Hij of zij bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit, productiviteit en relevante KPI's, vertaalt de planning naar een efficiënte personeels- en werkorganisatie en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking en afstemming tussen de verschillende werkstromen. De juiste kandidaat signaleert snel mogelijke knelpunten en neemt dan meteen initiatief om deze structureel op te lossen. Hij of zij denkt actief mee over procesverbetering, efficiëntie en verdere professionalisering van de box, stimuleert een bedrijfscultuur waarin medewerkers zelf meedenken over verbeteringen, waakt samen met HR over het welzijn van de medewerkers en signaleert mogelijke problemen. Hij of zij is verder eindverantwoordelijk voor orde, netheid en het naleven van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en zorgt ervoor dat systemen, procedures en werkafspraken op een consequente manier worden toegepast. De juiste kandidaat is vooral ook iemand die waar nodig meewerkt op de werkvloer, zich daar ook veel laat zien en zo een duidelijke voorbeeldfunctie voor de medewerkers heeft. Er wordt bewust geenmanager gezocht die alles vanuit het kantoor aanstuurt. Hij of zij kent zijn of haar mensen en begrijpt wat er nodig is om samen resultaten te behalen. Daarbij wordt het grotere geheel niet vergeten. Je kijkt altijd verder dan alleen vandaag. Hoe kan er slimmer en efficiënter gewerkt worden? Waar liggen kansen om de kwaliteit, productiviteit of samenwerking verder te verbeteren? Daarin neem jij initiatieven en denkt actief mee.
