Ben jij een echte organisator met ervaring in de logistiek en weet jij een team op de juiste manier aan te sturen? Houd jij overzicht, werk je nauwkeurig en steek je zelf ook graag de handen uit de mouwen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als Logistiek Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, plannen en begeleiden van alle werkzaamheden binnen het magazijn en op de opslagterreinen. Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan een team van circa vier medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat alle logistieke processen soepel verlopen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Coördineren van de dagelijkse magazijnwerkzaamheden; - Opstellen en bewaken van de dagplanning; - Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van magazijnmedewerkers; - Controleren van picklijsten, pakbonnen en retourbonnen; - Verwerken van in-, op- en uitslagtransacties in het WMS; - Uitvoeren van voorraadbeheer en voorraadcontroles; - Verdelen van werkzaamheden en bewaken van productiviteit en kwaliteit; - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten binnen het logistieke proces; - Contact onderhouden met klanten en collega's over opslag- en logistieke werkzaamheden; - Inwerken, instrueren en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers; - Meedenken over verbeteringen van werkmethoden, hulpmiddelen en magazijninrichting; - Uitvoeren van steekproefsgewijze kwaliteitscontroles; - Bij drukte actief meewerken in het magazijn, waaronder het bedienen van een heftruck.

- Mbo werk- en denkniveau; - Ervaring binnen de logistieke sector; - Ervaring met WMS-systemen en barcodescanners; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift; - Leidinggevende vaardigheden en een coachende instelling; - Een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en organisatorisch talent; - Flexibiliteit en de bereidheid om indien nodig over te werken; - VCA-certificaat of bereidheid deze te behalen; - Heftruckervaring is een pré.
