Dan is deze functie als Logistiek Coördinator iets voor jou! Je stuurt de dagelijkse logistieke werkzaamheden op het binnen- en buitenterrein aan en zorgt ervoor dat transport, opslag en goederenstromen goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je verdeelt het werk, bewaakt de planning en schakelt snel bij veranderingen. Met jouw praktische aanpak en leidinggevende ervaring zorg je samen met het team voor een veilige, georganiseerde en efficiënte logistieke operatie. Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen? Als Logistiek Coördinator zorg jij ervoor dat de dagelijkse logistieke operatie op het binnen- en buitenterrein goed verloopt. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt het team aan en zorgt ervoor dat materialen en producten op het juiste moment op de juiste plek staan. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aansturen en begeleiden van logistiek medewerkers. - Verdelen en coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. - Organiseren van laad-, los- en interne transportwerkzaamheden. - Bewaken van de planning, voortgang en veiligheid. - Afstemmen met productie, transporteurs en andere afdelingen. - Snel schakelen bij afwijkingen of knelpunten. - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het logistieke proces. Je bent veel op de werkvloer aanwezig en combineert leidinggeven met een praktische aanpak. Zo zorg je samen met je team voor een veilige en efficiënte logistieke operatie.
