Met een sterke technische expertise en aandacht voor kwaliteit worden deuren ontwikkeld die perfect aansluiten bij de specifieke eisen van elk project. Je werkt binnen een omgeving waar maatwerk, betrouwbaarheid en continue productontwikkeling centraal staan.

Jij houdt de logistieke flow op koers

Als Logistiek Coördinator zorg je ervoor dat goederen, planning en administratie correct op elkaar afgestemd zijn. Je werkt nauw samen met de commerciële binnendienst, chauffeurs, magazijnmedewerkers en de Logistiek Verantwoordelijke.

  • Je organiseert de dagelijkse verzendingen, volgt levertermijnen op en stemt af met collega's en chauffeurs.
  • Je verwerkt verzamellijsten, zendnota's, transportdocumenten en andere logistieke registraties correct.
  • Je ondersteunt de magazijnwerking en bewaakt voorraadnauwkeurigheid, scanning, stocktellingen en werkverdeling.
  • Je helpt bij de begeleiding van de magazijnmedewerkers en waakt mee over veiligheid, orde en gemaakte afspraken.
  • Je detecteert knelpunten en denkt actief mee over efficiëntere logistieke processen.
  • Je bouwt voldoende kennis op om bij afwezigheid van de Logistiek Verantwoordelijke de dagelijkse werking zelfstandig te coördineren.
  • Je schakelt flexibel tussen administratieve en operationele taken wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.

Gestructureerd, praktisch en verantwoordelijk

Je voelt je goed in een omgeving waar planning en praktijk samenkomen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, behoudt het overzicht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid wanneer actie nodig is.

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen logistiek, magazijnbeheer of transportplanning.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je hebt kennis van ERP-systemen en Microsoft Office.
  • Je stelt ook tijdens drukke momenten de juiste prioriteiten.
  • Je neemt initiatief, ziet werk en pakt problemen praktisch aan.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen en efficiëntere werkwijzen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen.
