De functie inhoud Als Logistiek Coördinator regio Brugge staan volgende taken op de planning:

  • Je stuurt 7 ploegbazen en hun teams aan en coacht hen in hun dagelijkse werking
  • Je bezoekt de verschillende parken en detecteert knelpunten en verbeterpunten
  • Je analyseert cijfers en data en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties
  • Je coördineert aankopen, materiaal en preventieve voorzieningen
  • Je organiseert overleg, volgt afspraken en bewaakt deadlines
  • Je maakt onderbouwde rapportages en investeringsvoorstellen voor de directie

Onze klant Je gaat aan de slag bij een stabiele en toegankelijke organisatie regio Brugge. Als Logistiek Coördinator krijg je een belangrijke rol in het uniformiseren en optimaliseren van de werking.

Je werkt ongeveer 3 dagen op kantoor en 2 dagen op het terrein, waardoor je een mooie afwisseling krijgt tussen people management, administratie en operationele opvolging. Als geschikte Logistiek Coördinator regio Brugge herken je jezelf hierin:

  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een team van ongeveer 10 tot 20 medewerkers
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelordiploma of bachelor denkniveau; een graduaat is ook mogelijk
  • Ervaring als teamleader, supervisor of leidinggevende binnen een productie- of logistieke omgeving is een troef
  • Je bent cijfermatig en analytisch ingesteld
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet mensen op een overtuigende manier mee te krijgen
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en laat geen zaken liggen
  • Je combineert vlot bureauwerk met aanwezigheid op het terrein
