Ben jij sterk in structuur, hou je van schakelen tussen klanten en interne teams en krijg je energie van een vlot lopend logistiek proces? in deze rol als Logistiek Coördinator in Kruisem ben jij de spil tussen bestelling en levering binnen een internationale en dynamische omgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat orders correct verwerkt worden en klanten altijd weten waar ze aan toe zijn, in nauwe samenwerking met sales, supply chain en magazijn. De functie inhoud Wat ga jij doen als Logistiek Coördinator?

  • Orders verwerken en controleren in het ERP-systeem
  • Levertermijnen opvolgen en klanten proactief informeren bij wijzigingen of vertragingen
  • Samenwerken met planning en supply chain om knelpunten te detecteren en op te lossen
  • Data en orderinformatie aanvullen en bewaken
  • Afstemmen met interne teams rond productie, voorraad en verzending

  • Klachten en retouren registreren en opvolgen
