  • de dagelijkse logistieke activiteiten mee organiseert en coördineert;
  • planningen opstelt en afstemt met klanten, transporteurs en interne stakeholders;
  • zorgt voor een correcte verwerking en opvolging van logistieke gegevens en documenten;
  • de voorraad- en goederenstromen nauwlettend bewaakt;
  • nauw samenwerkt met de operationele medewerkers op de site en hen ondersteunt waar nodig;
  • opportuniteiten ziet om processen efficiënter, veiliger of kwaliteitsvoller te laten verlopen;
  • mee instaat voor een vlotte communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen;
  • een actieve rol speelt in het bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en continuïteit van de activiteiten.

Je verdeelt je tijd tussen kantoor en terrein, waardoor je niet alleen de planning bewaakt, maar ook van dichtbij betrokken blijft bij wat er dagelijks gebeurt.

Must haves

  • Ervaring binnen een logistieke, supply chain- of coördinerende functie.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en de motivatie om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Goede kennis van de courante MS Office-toepassingen.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving waar je zowel administratief als operationeel betrokken bent.

Nice to haves

  • Affiniteit met havenactiviteiten, supply chain, bulkgoederen, landbouw of transport.
  • Kennis van Frans.
  • Ervaring met voorraadbeheer, planning of logistieke administratie.
  • Interesse om aanvullende opleidingen te volgen rond kwaliteit, veiligheid of logistieke processen.
