Dan is dit voor jou! Over het werk Als logistiek coördinator ben jij de schakel tussen het team en de teamleider binnen een dynamisch logistiek bedrijf. Je werkt fulltime, van maandag tot en met vrijdag, en hebt volop mogelijkheden om te groeien en jezelf te ontwikkelen door interne trainingen. De functie is vast, met uitzicht op een langdurig dienstverband. In deze rol verdeel je het werk, motiveer je collega's en bewaak je samen de kwaliteit van de logistieke processen. Je neemt initiatief en springt bij als de teamleider afwezig is. Je start je werkdag met het ontvangen van de dagplanning. Vervolgens instrueer je medewerkers en uitzendkrachten en zorg je dat alle taken efficiënt worden verdeeld. Gedurende de dag houd je het overzicht op de voortgang en kwaliteit, los je knelpunten op en zorg je voor een prettige werksfeer. Ook zorg je ervoor dat de logistieke processen soepel verlopen en dat alle deadlines worden gehaald. De rol van logistiek coördinator vraagt om flexibiliteit en een hands-on mentaliteit.
