Als Logistiek Coördinator ben jij de schakel tussen klanten en externe vervoerders bij het regelen van transporten van begin tot eind. Je behandelt aanvragen, maakt tariefafspraken en zorgt voor een optimale, kostenbewuste afhandeling van iedere opdracht. Secuurheid en commercieel inzicht zijn onmisbaar in deze rol, net als een scherp oog voor de best mogelijke oplossing. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne collega's als externe partners binnen de dagelijkse operatie. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het onderhouden van contact met klanten en externe vervoerders en het signaleren van kansen in de markt. - Het beoordelen en verwerken van binnenkomende aanvragen en hierin bemiddelen tussen betrokken partijen. - Het afstemmen en actueel houden van tarieven voor ingekocht transport. - Het afstemmen met externe partijen over laad- en lostijden en het bewaken van de voortgang van transportopdrachten. - Het controleren en verzorgen van transportdocumentatie, inclusief het laten opstellen van benodigde documenten door de afdeling Customs. - Het tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen en samen met collega's zoeken naar passende oplossingen. - Het verzorgen van aanvullende administratieve taken, zoals het traceren van scheepsbewegingen, het factureren van ritten en het archiveren van PODs. waar ga je werken?
