Heb je ervaring binnen transportplanning of logistieke coördinatie en voel je je sterk in het opvolgen van internationale zendingen?

Je komt terecht in een internationale speler binnen de logistieke sector, actief in warehouse- en distributieactiviteiten. Vanuit de regio Deerlijk werkt dit bedrijf met meerdere magazijnen en een uitgebreid netwerk van transportpartners. Dagelijks worden wereldwijd goederen verzonden, waarbij een correcte en tijdige export cruciaal is.

De organisatie telt een groot aantal medewerkers en combineert een sterke operationele werking met een gestructureerde administratieve opvolging. Samenwerking tussen afdelingen en transporteurs staat centraal.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat exportzendingen buiten de EU correct en tijdig vertrekken vanuit de juiste magazijnen
  • Je volgt orders op en coördineert de consolidatie van goederen zodat alles op de juiste verzendlocatie terechtkomt
  • Het versturen van zendingen naar klanten of transportdepots neem je nauwgezet in handen
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van uitgaande zendingen en volgt fouten actief op om klanten correct te bedienen
  • Je staat in voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van exportorders, inclusief het verzamelen van de juiste documenten
  • Als centraal aanspreekpunt stem je af met interne afdelingen en externe transportpartners
  • Je detecteert knelpunten in systemen en procedures en koppelt deze terug aan de teamleader
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen transport of logistieke coördinatie
  • Je beheerst Nederlands en Frans vlot en hebt een goede kennis van Engels voor communicatie en documentatie
