Voor een gevestigde speler in de voedingssector in regio Comines zoeken we een ervaren Logistiek Coördinator. Binnen deze functie neem je de externe logistieke stromen in handen en zorg je ervoor dat goederen op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats terechtkomen.

Dit is nadrukkelijk geen klassieke functie als transportplanner. Als Logistiek Coördinator houd je het overzicht over externe magazijnen, voorraadcapaciteit, transportboekingen en bevoorrading van klanten. Je schakelt dagelijks met logistieke partners én collega’s uit aankoop, productieplanning, customer service en logistiek.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • De interne en externe magazijnstromen coördineren staat centraal, waarbij je transporten tussen magazijnen en klanten boekt en nauwgezet opvolgt
  • Voorraadcapaciteit tussen het hoofdmagazijn en externe magazijnen houd je scherp in het oog, terwijl je stocktellingen initieert en verpakkingsvoorraden afstemt op de productieplanning
  • Dagelijks sta je in contact met externe logistieke partners en zorg je dat bevoorrading tijdig verloopt, ook wanneer omstandigheden of planningen wijzigen
  • Transportdocumentatie, douaneformaliteiten en portals volg je correct op, terwijl je kosten en gemaakte afspraken met partners bewaakt
  • Samen met aankoop, logistiek, productieplanning en customer service signaleer je knelpunten en zoek je naar verbeteringen binnen de logistieke processen
  • Een achtergrond in logistiek of supply chain, opgebouwd via opleiding en/of relevante ervaring, geeft je de nodige basis voor deze verantwoordelijkheid
  • Relevante ervaring als coördinator is belangrijk, aangezien je logistieke partners en processen zelfstandig moet kunnen aansturen
  • Kennis van SAP is mooi meegenomen en vormt een extra troef binnen de dagelijkse logistieke opvolging
  • Vlot Nederlands spreken en jezelf kunnen uitdrukken in het Frans is nodig, aangevuld met een nauwkeurige, gestructureerde aanpak en het vermogen om snel te schakelen onder tijdsdruk
