Ben jij nauwkeurig, organisatorisch sterk en heb je ervaring met stockbeheer of logistiek binnen de voedingssector? In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat inkomende goederen correct worden gecontroleerd, geregistreerd en opgevolgd. Je komt terecht in een groeiende familiale onderneming in de regio Temse, waar initiatief en samenwerking centraal staan.

De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Stockbeheerder Inbound:

  • Ontvangen en controleren van inkomende leveringen van rundsvlees.
  • Registreren van goederenontvangsten in het ERP-systeem.
  • Controleren van leveringsdocumenten, lotnummers en traceerbaarheid.
  • Beheren van voorraadniveaus en stockrotatie volgens het FIFO-principe.
  • Uitvoeren van stockcontroles en inventarisaties.
  • Opsporen en signaleren van voorraadverschillen en kwaliteitsafwijkingen.
  • Coördineren van de interne goederenstroom tussen ontvangst, opslag en productie.
  • Nauw samenwerken met leveranciers, de aankoopdienst en productieplanning.
  • Toezien op orde, netheid en het naleven van de geldende voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften.

Wie jij bent als Stockbeheerder Inbound:

  • Beschikt over een bachelor Logistiek Management of een gelijkwaardig denkniveau dankzij relevante werkervaring in stockbeheer of logistiek binnen de voedingssector.
  • Kennis van de vleessector, en specifiek rundsvlees, is een sterke troef.
  • Heeft een grondig inzicht in traceerbaarheid, houdbaarheid en kwaliteitsnormen binnen de voedingsindustrie.
  • Werkt vlot met ERP-systemen en beschikt over sterke administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Is organisatorisch sterk, assertief en heeft oog voor detail.
  • Werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd en blijft efficiënt functioneren onder druk.
  • Beheerst het Nederlands goed; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
