Als Logistiek Coördinator in regio Roeselare zorg je voor een vlot magazijn- en voorraadbeheer en speel je een actieve rol in de digitalisering en verbetering van de logistieke processen.

  • Je beheert de voorraad en zorgt dat materialen correct geregistreerd en beschikbaar zijn.
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen en volgt leveringen en retours nauwkeurig op.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat techniekers op tijd over het juiste HVAC- en sanitair materiaal beschikken.
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met leveranciers, chauffeurs, techniekers, projectleiders en de administratie.
  • Je bewaakt de orde en structuur in het magazijn en zorgt voor een efficiënte werking.
  • Je analyseert de huidige logistieke processen en stelt praktische verbeteringen voor.
  • Je neemt initiatief om het magazijnbeheer en voorraadbeheer verder te digitaliseren.
  • Je volgt materiaalstromen op en helpt fouten, tekorten en onnodige voorraad te voorkomen.
  • Je werkt zelf actief mee in het magazijn wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je hebt een bachelor denkniveau, bij voorkeur binnen logistiek, supply chain of een gelijkaardige richting, of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met logistiek, magazijnbeheer, voorraadbeheer of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en gebruikt digitale systemen vlot om voorraad en logistieke processen op te volgen.
  • Je denkt analytisch, ziet waar processen beter kunnen en zet ideeën om in concrete acties.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en zoekt actief naar oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met techniekers, projectleiders, leveranciers en collega's.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en kennis van HVAC of sanitair is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
