In deze functie volg je de logistieke flow van dichtbij op en zorg je ervoor dat orders, leveringen en de dagelijkse organisatie achter de schermen vlot blijven draaien.

Konnekt zoekt een Logistiek Coördinator (Logistics Coordinator) voor een dynamische en groeiende onderneming in regio Ronse. Je krijgt een veelzijdige rol waarin orderopvolging, logistieke coördinatie, interne ondersteuning en organisatie samenkomen. Een functie voor iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, structuur brengt en gemakkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende prioriteiten.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je volgt orders en leveringen van dichtbij op en zorgt ervoor dat de logistieke flow correct en tijdig verloopt.
  • Je bent een centraal aanspreekpunt bij praktische of logistieke problemen en schakelt snel met de betrokken partijen om tot een oplossing te komen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in de dagelijkse werking en neemt initiatief om processen efficiënter te organiseren.
  • Je ondersteunt verschillende administratieve en organisatorische activiteiten en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging.
  • Je organiseert praktische zaken zoals reizen en hotelreservaties en ondersteunt bij het onthaal van bezoekers en chauffeurs.
  • Je houdt het overzicht over uiteenlopende operationele taken en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse organisatie vlot blijft draaien.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen logistiek, supply chain en/of customer service.
  • Je bent hands-on, organisatorisch sterk en oplossingsgericht en behoudt ook onder tijdsdruk het overzicht.
  • Je bent communicatief, flexibel en neemt gemakkelijk initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving en denkt graag mee over veranderingen en verbeteringen.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office. Ervaring met SAP is een sterke troef.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
