Konnekt zoekt een Logistiek Coördinator (Logistics Coordinator) voor een internationaal actieve productieonderneming in regio Pittem. Je krijgt een veelzijdige functie waarin logistieke opvolging, transport en procesoptimalisatie samenkomen.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je volgt de dagelijkse goederenstromen en verzendingen op en bewaakt een correcte en tijdige levering.
  • Je ondersteunt de transportplanning, onderhoudt contact met chauffeurs en transporteurs en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van de nodige transportdocumentatie.
  • Je volgt de voorraadnauwkeurigheid mee op en ondersteunt waar nodig bij orderpicking en inventarisactiviteiten.
  • Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen warehouse, transport en interne afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat wijzigingen, planningen en eventuele problemen duidelijk worden gecommuniceerd.
  • Je detecteert afwijkingen zoals vertragingen, schade of ontbrekende leveringen en zorgt voor een snelle en correcte opvolging.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen de logistieke keten en ondersteunt projecten rond onder andere ERP- en WMS-systemen.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor binnen Supply Chain of Logistiek, of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring binnen logistiek en/of transport.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, analytisch en hands-on en neemt graag zelf initiatief.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent probleemoplossend en houdt het overzicht wanneer verschillende prioriteiten samenkomen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels en werkt vlot met MS Office; ervaring met ERP- of WMS-systemen is een sterke troef.
