Wie ben jij?

- Je hebt ervaring in de logistiek of in een magazijn

- Je hebt al eens een team aangestuurd of je bent klaar voor die stap

- Je houdt overzicht, ook als het druk wordt

- Je pakt problemen zelf op en je gaat voor kwaliteit

- Je werkt makkelijk met Excel en Word

- Heb je een heftruckcertificaat? Mooi. Zo niet, dan regelen wij dat samen

- Je hebt rijbewijs B

- Een salaris tussen €2.610 en €3.745 bruto per maand op basis van fulltime

Wat ga je doen? Als coördinator houd je het overzicht over transport en magazijn. Je staat vaak zelf op de vloer, maar je stuurt ook het team aan.

- Je plant het werk van het team en je verdeelt de taken

- Je coacht je collega's, zodat zij hun werk goed en veilig doen

- Je helpt mee met laden en lossen en je controleert of de voorraad klopt

- Je maakt zendingen klaar, zodat ze op tijd bij de klant zijn

- Je rijdt zelf met de bedrijfsbus of je schakelt extern transport in als dat nodig is.
