Jouw rol

Als Technical Logistics Coordinator zorg je voor een optimaal georganiseerd technisch magazijn en ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen onderhoud, productie en aankoop. Je waakt over de beschikbaarheid van materialen, brengt structuur in het magazijn en ondersteunt techniekers zodat zij hun werk efficiënt en veilig kunnen uitvoeren. Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in technische aankopen en werkvoorbereiding.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Coördineren van technische aankopen van A tot Z: offertes aanvragen, leveranciers selecteren, bestellingen plaatsen en opvolgen, en purchase orders (PO’s) opmaken
  • Ontvangen, controleren en correct stockeren van technische materialen, wisselstukken en verbruiksgoederen
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van de voorraad (min/max-niveaus, inventarissen en kritische onderdelen)
  • Zorgen voor orde, structuur en veiligheid in het technisch magazijn
  • Registreren en opvolgen van stockbewegingen in het ERP- of magazijnsysteem
  • Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers rond prijzen, levertermijnen en mogelijke alternatieven
  • Actief meedenken over standaardisatie en optimalisatie van onderdelen, kosten en voorraad
  • Voorbereiden en klaarzetten van materiaal voor geplande onderhoudswerken en technische interventies
  • Ondersteunen van de technische dienst en werkvoorbereiding op vlak van materiaalbeschikbaarheid

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een technische opleiding en een goed technisch inzicht (mechanisch, elektrisch en/of onderhoud)
  • Je hebt ervaring als magazijnier in een technische of industriële omgeving
  • Je beschikt over ervaring met technische aankopen en bent vertrouwd met offerteaanvragen, leveranciersvergelijkingen en PO-beheer
  • Je kan technische specificaties interpreteren en correct vertalen naar bestellingen
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • Je bent proactief, denkt in oplossingen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega’s, techniekers en leveranciers
  • Je hebt goede IT-vaardigheden en bij voorkeur ervaring met ERP- of magazijnsystemen
  • Je hebt een sterk veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbewustzijn
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Frans; kennis van Engels is een plus
