Logistiek Coordinator | 2 ploegen

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING Na een grondige inwerkperiode ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige laad-en loszone en verzeker je samen met je team (4 á 6 medewerkers) de correcte verzending van de ( picked ) pallets

• Je bent het centraal aanspreekpunt voor de lader-lossers bij problemen

• Je springt bij waar nodig om een optimale magazijnwerking te garanderen

• Je neemt initiatief, toont een actieve betrokkenheid en rapporteert aan de Warehouse Manager

• Je zorgt voor de opleiding en begeleiding van nieuwe collega's

• Je doet de nodige controles

PROFIEL Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een logistieke omgeving.

• Je bent gedreven en enthousiast en denkt graag oplossingsgericht

• Je bent een teamplayer, je bent flexibel en je hebt leidinggevende skills.

• Je beschikt over een goede dosis verantwoordelijkheidszin en inzet.

• Je hebt inzicht in de werking van een logistiek warehouse.

• Je wilt werken in 2 ploegen ( de ene week van 6 u tot 14 u en de andere week van 14 u tot 22 u).
