UW Solutions (onderdeel van Apogee Enterprises) is wereldmarktleider in het ontwikkelen en produceren van hoogwaardige gecoate materialen voor uiteenlopende toepassingen, waaronder wanddecoratie, musea ojecten, grafisch ontwerp, architecturale interieurs, digitale displays en industriële vloeren.

UNIVERSAL WOODS EMEA BV, gelegen in Boom, is momenteel op zoek naar een Logistiek & Customer Service (m/v/x) medewerker.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze functie ligt de initiële focus op de logistieke coördinatie van nieuwe productlijnen die vanuit de Verenigde Staten worden ingevoerd en vervolgens verdeeld worden binnen de EMEA-regio (Europa, Midden-Oosten en Afrika).

Als Logistiek & Customer Service medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte administratieve en logistieke afhandeling van deze goederenstromen en onderhoud je contacten met transporteurs, leveranciers, klanten en interne afdelingen.

Naarmate je de organisatie, producten en processen beter leert kennen, heb je de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar de rol van Customer Service Coördinator. Hierbij neem je een meer sturende rol op binnen de customer service afdeling en ondersteun je de verdere ontwikkeling van onze klantenrelaties en interne processen.

De focus ligt op logistiek en internationale handel, maar daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor klantenservice, commerciële ondersteuning, orderbeheer, teamcoördinatie, procesoptimalisatie en vertegenwoordiging van onze onderneming en onze kwalitatieve merken binnen de grafische printindustrie!

  • Bachelor werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Logistiek, Supply Chain, Bedrijfsmanagement of een commerciële richting.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen Customer Service, Internal Sales, Logistiek of Supply Chain.
  • Goede kennis van logistieke processen, orderverwerking en internationale transporten.
  • Ervaring met import- en exportdocumentatie is een belangrijke troef.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
  • Klantgericht, communicatief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Proactieve instelling en continue focus op verbetering.
  • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans is een absolute vereiste.
  • Kennis van bijkomende talen zoals Duits, Spaans, Italiaans of andere Europese talen is een belangrijke troef.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen; kennis van Salesforce is een pluspunt.
  • Ambitie om door te groeien naar het aansturen, begeleiden of coördineren van een team is een troef.
