The posting

De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

  • Je verwerkt alle binnenkomende orders van jouw klant(en) en zorgt voor een correct input van de gegevens in het ERP systeem.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de algemene administratie en opvolging van je klant(en).
  • Je volgt de dossiers van A tot Z op en houdt je klant(en) op de hoogte.
  • Je staat in contact met interne en externe betrokken partijen en stuurt de logistieke afdeling aan.
  • Je boekt transporten bij de afgesproken rederijen of transporteurs en volgt deze op.
  • Je controleert en behandelt de nodige documenten en certificaten.
  • Je bereidt de facturatie voor.

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:

  • Je hebt een logistieke opleiding gevolgd en/of relevante ervaring.
  • Je bezit de nodige motivatie om te willen groeien binnen de logistieke wereld.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Duits en Frans zijn een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en MS Excel.
  • Je bent klantgericht en staat graag in contact met anderen.
  • Je beschikt over een probleemoplossend vermogen, bent stressbestendig en nauwkeurig.
