Hoe ziet jouw dag er uit als logistiek customer service?

  • Je verwerkt binnenkomende transportorders en zorgt dat alle gegevens correct geregistreerd zijn.
  • Klanten kunnen bij jou terecht voor vragen over leveringen, transporten en de status van hun zending.
  • Je volgt orders nauwgezet op en bewaakt de gemaakte afspraken.
  • Transportdocumenten, waaronder CMR’s, verwerk je zorgvuldig.
  • Je stemt af met chauffeurs, dispatch en andere interne teams voor een vlotte uitvoering.
  • Problemen of wijzigingen merk je snel op en je schakelt meteen naar de juiste oplossing.
  • Je houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte bij wijzigingen in planning of levering.
  • Een correcte administratie is essentieel: ook kleine details kunnen een grote impact hebben.
  • Je werkt mee aan een efficiënte flow van het transport, van bestelling tot levering.
